Social365 Terms of Service Agreement

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Social365, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: 4.1 Misrepresentation: Any misrepresentation of your website or content as a result of social media posts created using the Service. 4.2 Security Breaches: Any security breaches or unauthorized access to your account or data arising from your use of the Service.

5.1 Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social365 disclaims all warranties and liabilities regarding the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty. 5.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Social365 be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
