Social 365 works on a prepaid billing system. You have to purchase crawl credits and post credits before we start generation of posts. Crawling a single page on your website constitues 1 crawl credit. Generating a single post (with or without image) constitutes 1 post credit.

Before we can generate posts, we need to crawl your website to learn from its content.

Every new account comes with 1000 free crawl credits

Visiting each page on your website, is equal to 1 crawl credit, so everytime we have to crawl your page, a single crawl credit is consumed

Once your free quota is used up, we charge 0.001 USD/crawl credit

Once your site is crawled, its time to generate your social posts.

Every new account comes preloaded with 5 free post creation credits. This means you get 5 free social posts.

Generating a single post, constitutes 1 post credit.

Social posts are generated for specific Social Networks or Content Platforms.

Each social network or content platform allows a different length of posts, and a different character length for its titles. For eg, facebook allows the post content length to be 65000 characters, while a single tweet can be only 250 characters long.

For this reason, we group networks by their content length specifications, listed in the table below

Everytime we need to generate a post, that has to be posted to networks of different content length specifications, 1 post credit is consumed.

For eg, to generate a post that will be posted to Pintrest, Twitter and Facebook, our AI needs to create three different posts of varying content lengths, and this means 3 credits are used.

Once your free quota is used up, we charge 0.1 USD/post credit

Since we currently support three network groups, 30 posts a month will cost 90 x 0.05 = 4.5 USD/month

This will post to all social networks, and generate content for content platforms, with images.

Twitter constitutes a single network group, so 30 posts a month will cost 30 x 0.05 = 1.5 USD/month

This will basically post 30 tweets with images every month
